This Site SUCKS

I am out of town and thought it would be impossible to rent a storage space. I called storage king and Heather answered all my questions sent me the paperwork via email I filled it out within minutes she sent me the lease i sent it back. She met my husband with the keys as i could not make it during business hours. She made this so easy as our move has been stressful and she helped us a ton. We will definitely recommended Storage King

Girl in the office answered all by questions and boy I had a ton. She even answered some I didn't think to ask will be letting everyone I know to use your place for storage!

well it started off good I moved from warwick to lords valley pa. The storage king supplied me with 3 10x20 storage bins to store my house plus I stored my trailer there also. I stayed with them for about 3 months as I emptied them out one by one The second to the last I was credited back the remaining balance because the monthly charge was only 10 days old mind you it was 130.00 a month each one I was credited back 75.00 to my charge card I moved the last bin to a 10x10 shed witch cost me 106.00 a month I paid for it on the first of the month I was moved out by the 8th of the month and was told they wont credit the remaining balance so I paid 106.00 for 8 days worth Its not fair will never park or store anything there again and I have 2 trailers and a boat that I need to find parking for. They should have credited me back to balance, I have called a couple of times but all they said was they will look in to it I will never recommend them

Nancy was very accommodating, easy to work with and really nice. A pleasure to do business with.

I have received excellent customer service from Maria each time I call or visit.
